Life is filled with disappointing ends: Dreams that never come true; hopes and expectations that are never met. Sometimes it seems like all we ever do is strike out. But Easter declares that with God there are no dead ends or hopeless situations. The misery of Friday and the silence of Saturday only set the stage for the glory of Sunday. No matter what life has thrown at you, because he lives we can have a real, enduring, living hope. The emptiness of the grave is filled with all the riches of heaven, available to you, in Christ, our risen, exalted, victorious savior and Lord.
