Rachael and her family began attending EMC in January of 2021. She began assisting with the Infused Student Ministry as a volunteer shortly after becoming a church member. After two years of serving as a volunteer, she was asked to accept the position of Student Ministry Coordinator. Rachael has served the youth by teaching, planning events, coordinating service projects, assisting in communications, and a variety of other tasks. In the spring of 2024, Rachael also became the church's full-time Secretary/Treasurer.

Rachael has been married to Justin since June of 2003. They have five children: Noah, Gabrielle, Samuel, Charlotte, and Benjamin. Rachael has been homeschooling since 2009.
